#3326 closed defect (fixed)
using g.mapset to create new mapset in another location fails
Reported by: | pvanbosgeo | Owned by: | |
---|---|---|---|
Priority: | normal | Milestone: | 7.6.2 |
Component: | Default | Version: | svn-releasebranch76 |
Keywords: | Cc: | ||
CPU: | Unspecified | Platform: | Unspecified |
Description
When using g.mapset with the -c flag a new mapset should be created, e.g.,
g.mapset -c mapset=tutorial location=nc_spm_08_grass7
This does create a new folder 'tutorial' within the nc_spm_08_grass7 location. However, the folder is empty (i.e., no WIND file).
Note that it only fails when creating a mapset in another location, creating a mapset in the current location works as expected.

Still valid in 76 relbranch. However, it works fine in current trunk, i.e. WIND file is created properly.
