    3030     * Before you follow this steps you should do all configurations and build the setup.exe at [http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/SetupDevelopment]
     31     * execute the following:

     36         make # this will produce a setup.exe executable in the setup directory
     37         ./setup.exe --arch=x86  #this will connect to remote server to get packages from [http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/testing_license/] testing licenses

    3139     * Choose the next option with new feature: Advance Install > Install from internet > Root Directory > Local package directory > Direct connection
    3240     * Choose a restrictive package for example 'gdal-mrsid' or 'gdal-ecw' or both(remember if you want to see its license, you must have create it in step one)
