- Dev kit includes include files, dll (proj_fw.dll), stub library (proj_i.lib and libproj.a).
- User tools include a few commands (cs2cs, proj, geod) and many support data files.
- other.extra appended to epsg file for convenience of various mapserver web apps.
- The package includes the usual set of grid shift files (1.5), plus the HPGN/HARN .gsb files.
- Maintained by FrankWarmerdam (in c:\warmerda\osgeo4w\proj-trunk on NT2010 VM).
