in_gml regression test fails — at Initial Version

Description
Running regression tests against PostGIS from current trunk (r4706) gives failure for the in_gml test
in_gml. failed (diff expected obtained: /tmp/pgis_reg_27721/test_45_diff)
and it looks it crashes the server
$ tail -n 2 /tmp/pgis_reg_27721/test_45_diff --- 1 ---- ! psql: FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode
I did full rebuild of both, PostGIS and GEOS.
Full test log attached.
The problem may be related to bug reported in #273.
Environment:
- Linux 64-bit
- GCC 4.4.1
- GEOS (version 3.2.0 from SVN trunk 2710)
