postgis svn to git synch is not working

Description
I pushed a commit about 20 minutes ago and usually the synch is immediate. This time nothing happens.
Which server is our synch running on? We should probably note it in our sync scripts repo.

It looks like "curl" disappeared from the svn machine (TracSVN), which in turn broke the web hooks.
