Description
Geodetic path is in user defined GeodeticPath.CSD and the source CS of the path is in user defined Datums.CSD.
It fails during calling CSdtcsuPhaseOne function because when path is found in user defined GeodeticPath.CSD, source datum of the path cannot be found, it’s only finding datums in Datums.CSD in original dir.
