Description
Steps:
- open a connection to http://giswebservices.massgis.state.ma.us/geoserver/wfs with the WFS provider
- Execute a DescribeSchema command
The describe will fail with a message indication that the <xs:element> GIS_DATA.NAVTEQRDS_ARC appears multiple times.
