I see two options to solve this:

• hack the reply-to in the plugin

• add 'email2trac' - see ​http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/158 (a check if a set of keywords such as OSGeo, trac etc. appear in the email will avoid spam)

I think you will need to catch me online (irc) sometime to discuss what it is that you want, and whether it fits smoothly with how Trac works.

In the meantime I'll try and investigate email2trac while I have a fast connection.
