#3696 new enhancement
r.univar: null cell count does not take mask into account

Description
IIUC, r.univar's null cell count will count a cell as null regardless of whether the original map has a null cell or whether the null comes from a mask. In some cases, it can be useful to be able to distinguish between null at origin and null because of mask.
Would this be something feasible ?
