r.skyview install fails on GRASS for Windows

Description
On WinGRASS 7.6.1 installed with the OSGeo network installer, r.skyview fails to install with an error message about the manual page.

Note that addons builds for Windows were not available for long time. Some weeks ago builds from 7.8.0 (and new 7.8.1) GRASS version have recovered. Builds for 7.6.1 are still not operational. Moreover new 7.6.2 version have to be released since meanwhile Addons code has been migrated from SVN to git. So complex issue.
I would suggest to you to install a new GRASS version: 7.8.1
