Description
Based on discussion from ML (1) I wrote draft of g.gui module. See the attached diff file (against SVN trunk).

Here I would like to suggest renaming 'wx' to 'wxpython'. The name 'wx' seems to be too generic. Moreover it doesn't follow naming pattern 'programming language/graphical toolkit' like tcltk.
