Maestro: r4431 has does not initialize colorbrewer correctly when first column chosen is string

With the attached (hopefully) file, when trying to theme if I choose the integer KEY column first and then choose one of the string columns (name, category, etc) I can successfully initialize a Color Brewer theme. If I choose one of the string columns without first choosing the integer column first the Color Brewer boxes are not populated with colour swatches and when I try to select the radio button Maestro crashes.

Fixed with r4436.

The color preview was not refreshed properly, so it just displayed the previous items values, which could be none.
