King Oracle has been added to 3.3.0 FDO Release http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/ticket/191 and is listed here http://fdo.osgeo.org/content/fdo-330-downloads
But it's not in 2.0.0 which has fdo 3.3.0

The 2.1 release will be using the FDO Open Source Windows SDK build, which includes all of the open source FDO providers. The RDBMS providers may need to be disabled so that users without the requisite DLLs don't get errors.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
While King.Oracle is part of the open source FDO project now, it is still distributed from the SL-King website and has a completely different release cycle than the rest of FDO.
The MapGuide project only includes FDO providers that are distributed directly by the FDO project. Managing providers from multiple sources with different release cycles is not something that we have the resources for.
When this provider is bundled with the core FDO builds it will probably also be included in the MapGuide distribution.
