OGR Provider fails to select polygon correctly when using a layer filter.

Description
I am running mapguide 2010 with OGR Provider version 3.4.0.
My problem is that I am able to select a polygon by clicking outside the polygon. It is like it has a boundary box outside the object which selects the polygon when clicked.
I only get the error when I have defined a filter on layer.
If I remove the filter, then I am able to select the polygon like expected. I also tested the same data with sql and it worked fine. I have tried OGR provider version 3.4.0 og 3.4.1.
