Description
I have been running the PHP web tier test suite against fresh trunk builds and have been encountering 14 failures (out of 1004 tests) relating to WFS and WMS.
Taking a wild guess, it appears from the test failures that my freshly built mapguide server/webtier requires some additional WMS/WFS configuration in order for these tests to pass. I am not sure what kind of configuration needs to be done.

Test failure was due to bad servername:port in the WFS and WMS config files
