Update Sheboygan Dataset

As Sheboygan is our reference data set for testing all aspects of MapGuide and viewer functionality, it should fully encompass all the possible scenarios that we would want to demonstrate and/or test.

Update the Sheboygan Data set with the following:

Symbol Definitions:

• Trees (Image-based? Geometry-based?)

Watermarks:

• A text-based watermark
• An image-based watermark

Layers:

• Trees (pointing to the previously un-used Trees.FeatureSource, using the Trees Symbol Definition)

Maps:

• Maps/Sheboygan.MapDefinition to include the Trees layer
• MapsTiled/Sheboygan.MapDefinition to include the Trees layer
• A Sheboygan.MapDefinition containing a mixture of tiled and untiled layers
• Variants of the above 3 re-projected to WGS84.PseudoMercator

Flexible Layouts:

• Refreshed copies of the original 5 layouts (to include the latest set of widgets)
• Variant of the above 5 referencing the tiled Sheboygan MapDefinition
• Variant of the above 5 referencing the mixed Sheboygan Map Definition
• Commercial-based variants of the above 15 permutations (with OSM support activated, as this does not require API keys)
