Description
When using the digitizing functions on MGOS 1.1.0, Safari jumps upward 2 /12 " on a 1040 x 768 screen. Firefox also jumps somewhat.
This issue is similiar to Ticket #5 (Bug in Firefox). However, one proposed solution there, making the element display "none", causes the map to disappear completely. I did not try the other solution, which involved tinkering with the internals of the mapframe javascript.

The jump is most noticeable when you remove the floating zoom control from the map frame in the web layout.
