OCS for FOSS4G2013

Description
The team for FOSS4G 2013 is considering options for programme management. The easiest option may be to simply create a new conference under the existing OCS and give admin access to it for our management team.
I'll sort out all the required OSGeo IDs soon, but mine is barryrowlingson
Is the current OCS up-to-date with patches and upgrades? If its all good then we won't want to install any software.
Its possible that OCS isn't up to the job and we may want to use Indico, but that looks unlikely.

I suspect the lack of response is largely because no one on SAC knows much about OCS. I'd suggest you also ask on the conference mailing list to see if anyone familiar with administrative details is around and can provide assistance.
I'll do anything I can but I don't know much about it.

BarendKobben is Barend's OSGeo ID, he needs to be able to fully admin the conference along with myself [ID: barryrowlingson].
