Hi,
There are multiple references to http://www.osgeo.org/code_of_conduct on the wiki, events and so on (on Google...).
I've created a new page just to fix the broken link. I've just created the page with the correct permlink. I did not added it to any menu.
The contents I use are copied and pasted from the wiki https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Code_Of_Conduct
Some else, from the should review it and make sure this is the correct version.

The text on the new web site is exactly the same.
