Doing this now. It's taking a while cause lots of packages being updated.

I'll reboot after.

Status: new → closed

Reboot for some reason did not go smoothly. Got system bus can't connect when I entered back in.

I had to 

lxc stop tracsvn
lxc start tracsvn

and then this time it was okay

But all set now.
