Description
Request that sysadmin committee create a mailing list for nascent Yukon chapter. Jeff Hamm (OSGeo member Hammj) will be administrator of the list. The list will be used for discussion of regional initiatives and ways to engage with the broader OSGeo community.

Hmm, it seems the yukon list was already created. I'm not sure when.
I'm not sure what the admin password is, but I can reset it if needed. Jeff Hamm is already the admin.
