Description
Subject says it all. It is a very useful library, used for example by an increasing number if advanced QGIS plugins.
It is already available in osgeo4w 32 bit.

my findings were that the Lecos plugin (quite adavnced) was working ok using scipy from this source. Now there at least one more plugin we can test (animove).

python-scipy added and python-numpy updated by repackaged binaries from http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/.
