QGIS nightly - creating new SpatiaLite connection fails

Description
With QGIS nightly (3.21), installed with OSGeo4W installer, it is not possible to create a new Spatialite connection. Everything looks normal when I start creating a new connection but when I have selected the database file the connection string that QGIS creates is like this:
my_db.sqlite@
The file path part after "@" is missing. This is a working string from QGIS 3.18
my_db.sqlite@C:/data/my_db.sqlite
Issue seems to be Spatialite, not SQLite specific, because I can create new Geopackage connections.
