Install MinGW

1. Download ​latest installer.

2. Choose C & C++ Compiler, MSYS Base System and MinGW Developer Toolkit.

3. Install MinGW (including MSYS) into C:\MinGW.

4. Modify c:\MinGW\msys\1.0\msys.bat
