Description
I have changed the gdal quickstart to reflect the natural_earth2 data, however there were quite a few changes. Before propagating the change to the other languages, it would be good to have someone else look at it first.

since time has passed and things have evolved, we should probably re-test at this point before closing the ticket.

- we can close the ticket. QUickstart works with natural earth2 data and is tested for version 11.0
