istsos dot-conf apache misconfig

notice that in /etc/apache2 that istsos.conf should be a text file, but is actually a directory

is /istsos.conf/istsos.conf extra directory level should be /istsos.conf

Dear community members, As you know istSOS developer team has worked to pack a first redesigned version of istSOS, so that istSOS3 will take advantages of all the new technology and results in a fastest software capable of supporting IoT requirements.

In the next week the first release will be reseased for testing purposes and details of software choices will be available for comment and suggestions. Please take a few hours to evaluate this versione and provide feedback so that they can be considered for the rush bringing to the first istSOS3 stable release.

Also, we'd like to organise an istSOS hackaton to address: 1- incubaton sprint to be ready for graduation 2- first istSOS3 stable release packaging

Possible hosts, ideas and suggestions on periods are welcome...
