Document project wiki page exists in double

The page in the wiki to help document a project exists in 2 places:

• ​https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/wiki/How%20to%20configure%20a%20project%20documentation

It is the same information, so it doubles the maintenance and is prone to confusion.

We should remove one.

From the titles:

1. one is to document the project
2. One is about configuring the project documentation That is to fill up projects_info.csv file

So they do different things. I agree that information is duplicated.

This section from (1) should be removed from here as it belongs to the how to configure and (2) is already complete ​https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/wiki/How%20to%20document%20a%20project#project_info.csv

This section from (2) To be incorporated on (1) ​https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/wiki/How%20to%20configure%20a%20project%20documentation#Generalfilestructure Some parts exist on (1) like the Logo topic, so review what is missing on (1) before removing from (2)
