ST_MakeEnvelope should have an option to not take an srid

Description
Just noticed ST_MakeEnvelope doesn't have an option not to take an SRID, which would more encourage using -1 etc. Propose to add one so its in line with ST_GeomFromText which allows leaving out an srid.
