Description

I have a circle: 

SELECT ST_AsBinary(geom)
FROM (SELECT
ST_Buffer(ST_SetSRID(ST_MakePoint(-1, 1), 0), 10) 
geom ) foo

The rasterized version do not have the right extent: 

SELECT ST_Asbinary((gv).geom) geom, (gv).val
FROM (SELECT ST_PixelAsPolygons(
ST_AsRaster(
ST_Buffer(ST_SetSRID(ST_MakePoint(-1, 1), 0), 10),
1.0, -1.0, 0.2, 0.2, '8BSI', 5, -10, 0.2, 0.2, false)
