Description
this is sort of a defect since its not stated it can't be done and yet separate scripts re created for each state.
Right now I think the only thiing stopping from being able to do a parallel load of state data is that the generated script drops the tiger_staging schema after each load.
If it were changed to only create the schema if not present and then only drop tables it creates in the process, it would be possible to run scripts in parallel to download and process each state without each script clubbering any other.
