Description
In doc, json-c download is directed to version 0.9 at obsolete site http://oss.metaparadigm.com/json-c/.
Do we know of any problem with current version 0.11 from the github site https://github.com/json-c/json-c/releases
or should we just update doc?

So in short - I think its okay to advertise newer for PostGIS 2.1+ docs, but not for 2.0

I think some people have issues with 0.11 because of name change of the lib. I don't know if we ever solved that problem. I for example am using json-c 0.10 cause i had issues with 0.11. Can't remember what those are. They might be resolved already.
