This test would catch issues such as custom data tables, rows not being backed up and issues like the raster one #2485 where raster constraints are currently preventing data from being restored.

Regina I believe gitlab-ci is currently testing backup-restore, see https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis/src/tag/3.2.0/.gitlab-ci.yml#L25
