Description
In the http://www.postgis.net/docs/manual-2.1/GetEdgeByPoint.html The phrase
If the point is the location of a node, then an exception is thrown. To avoid this run the GetNodeByPoint function.
Should be removed. Infact the function correctly dont raise an exception if the point is a node for an edge, but only if the point is node for two or more edges.
