Description

The update to EPSG v8.8 has just been done in GDAL trunk (​https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/changeset/32964), libgeotiff trunk (​https://trac.osgeo.org/geotiff/changeset/2714) and proj master (​https://github.com/OSGeo/proj.4/commit/832329a9aadbfcb7f46919c903f7672e719d2a82). Here's the corresponding updated spatial_ref_sys.sql

Committed the file as attached at r14596 and applied the historical manual changes from users at r14597.

Should apply changes back in 2.2 also? I think so, going to be a long time to 2.3.
