Not yet out but expect it out before we release. Usually comes out in August or September.

So exciting. Tiger 2016 data came out a couple of days ago. will work on this this weekend to get into at least PostGIS 2.3. May back port to PostGIS 2.2

Very frustrating. I have this all done to not do fancy wildcard pulling. However when using ​http://www2.census.gov/ things were fast and then my IP appears to be now blocked since I can still access on another server but not my local network.

ftp2.census.gov was fast for state pull, and then hanging for logging in annoymous.

I'm suspecting they've instituted some DOS thing. Staff in census are clueless.
