ST_Transform() doc inaccurately claims SF1.1

Description
The ST_Transform() page at: http://www.postgis.org/documentation/manual-1.5/ST_Transform.html claims that this function implements the SF SQL 1.1 specification. But a review of that specification does not mention any Transform() function nor any mechanism to transform between coordinate systems. I would appreciate it if the bullet point "This method implements the OpenGIS Simple Features Implementation Specification for SQL 1.1." could be removed from the documentation of this function.

I believe we already have references to SQL/MM everywhere (which includes a references to 5.1.6 in this case). I can't speak to the accuracy of them, but we did try to preserve the references when we migrated the docs a while back.
I dropped the inappropriate link to SFS in this case for ST_Transform in trunk.

It can be found instead in section 5.1.6 of SQL/MM Part 3. I wonder if I should go through and put in the SQL/MM references everywhere. Phew..
