Description
geos-3.6.2, currently used by Dronie CI bot, suffers a crash which was fixed in version 3.6.5. The docker images should be updated to use that version of GEOS.

Updated image pushed to OSGeo docker repository.
New image has:
- GEOS 3.6.5 (was 3.6.2)
- PostGIS 2.2.8 (was 2.2.6)
- PostGIS 2.3.11 (was 2.3.5)
- PostGIS 2.4.9 (was 2.4.2)
- PostGIS 2.5.5 (was 2.5.0)
- PostGIS 3.0.3 (new)
