Description

Fails on cu_wrapx.c

I'm going to backport the regress fixes from 3.0 to 2.5 as many repos are now running GEOS 3.9.

E.g. freebsd and debian are 3.9+

Will be difficult to support otherwise

okay looks like it's not just the tests that need changing. clip_by fails too on cu unit and requires change to put in some if defs in liblwgeom_geos for 3.8+
