See ​https://debbie.postgis.net/job/PostGIS-docker/label=docker/39/console

I read: 

stderr: fatal: unable to access 'https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis-docker.git/': Couldn't connect to server

From a shell on debbie.postgis.net I can fetch just fine from there, but I don't know how to connect to the build agent host to check from there

It looks like an agent is also failing to connect to github.com: ​https://debbie.postgis.net/job/PostGIS-build-env/label=docker/232/console

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Regina rebooted the "docker" LXC container which was being troubled. It seems to be working now, see ​https://debbie.postgis.net/view/PostGIS/job/PostGIS-docker/45/label=docker/console
