Can't build without raster

./configure
make

...

make -C raster all
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.
make: *** [raster] Error 2

So just a configure with the defaults, not asking for raster, taking all the config programs that are already on my PATH.

Crisis averted, situation normal, I hadn't run ./autogen in some time, so I was not up to date.
