Description of how new distance calculation works

Those documents do an attempt to describe the ideas behind the new distance calculations.

• How the subgeometries is handled (will have to wait til probably 2.0)
• How the distance calculations is done (Is now merged into the trunk. It is also included in latest experimental build of 1.5 for windows ​http://postgis.org/download/windows/experimental.php )
