Description
PostgreSQL 9.4.0 beta2 came out July 24th but both winnie and debbie are still testing against 9.4beta1.

done with 32-bit build as well.

Debbie updated, winnie 64-bit updated, winnie 32-bit still need to recompile postgres for that though it is now testing against EDB 9.4beta2 package.
