We had 2 different functions to check the dimensionality of a geometry (lwgeom_dimensionality and lwgeom_dimension) and I added just another one for MVT (lwgeom_get_basic_type).
We should unify them and provide a clearer API, returning an enum which helps making the caller code more readable.
