Only SVN snapshot links are available from the download page, but not the tagged betas: http://postgis.org/download/

Besides if we can close all these tickets before tomorrow -- we can have a real rc with no outstanding tickets for the next level of testers to test (those people who won't touch anything that doesn't have release candidate or release in the name)

Paul also put a link to RC1 on the the download page, and I posted a news item to get it on the front page.

Instead of beta I say we shoot for rc and not bother with beta since this is a manual process.
